It’s been a long year of touring options virtually with clients that need to make a move.    Finally, in the last month, live tours are happening with all our clients in assisted living, residential homes and all options for senior living.  It is wondeful to be able to be with our clients in person and for them to see various sites in person vs. on a screen.

Activities and Dining Now Opening

The other wonderful thing to see are dining rooms seating their residents again. And they are having activities and welcoming entertainers into their communities again.

Some options are being more cautious than others with how they are opening up activities as well as their dining rooms.   Residents are also cautious about coming out for dining after eating in their rooms for so long.

Don’t Wait if Considering a Move

To have best selection in options if you are considering a move, now is the time to look!  Vacancies had been as high as twenty to thirty percent in options.  Now, units are getting reserved.  There are also new sites that have opened during the pandemic given seniors a lot of choice in senior living units.
